By confirming a charter or utilizing our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not agree with any portion of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

At SunrisePaperCo, we offer luxury yacht charter services that include, among others:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset cruises
  • Corporate retreats
  • Private events
  • Multi-day charters

All offerings are dependent on availability and conditions of the weather. We retain the right to alter or cease services as necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you must:

  • Be at minimum 18 years old
  • Submit truthful and complete information
  • Remit the required deposit as outlined in the confirmation of your booking
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking occurs upon receipt of your payment and our issuance of written confirmation. Service may be denied at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters are contingent on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to fulfill your requested dates and times to the best extent possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charter fees are listed in € and include taxes as applicable, unless stated differently. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A payment of 50% of the overall charter cost at the time of booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Additional fees (if applicable): To be paid at the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We process payments including major credit cards, bank transfers, and bank-certified checks through secure, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus any processing costs
  • From 24 to 72 hours before departure: a 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where our captain determines weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your booking to a later date at no extra charge
  • Process a complete refund if a reschedule is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Malfunctions

If mechanical issues arise with your designated vessel, we will attempt to arrange for an appropriate substitution. Should a substitution not be feasible, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Obligations

All passengers are expected to:

  • Comply with all commands from the crew
  • Utilize the safety equipment provided as needed
  • Report any health conditions that could compromise their safety
  • Stay within the areas of the vessel that are permitted

6.2 Restricted Items

The items prohibited on board include:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable consumption limits
  • Pets, except if approved beforehand

6.3 Passenger Behavior

Passenger behavior should be considerate and respectful at all times. We hold the authority to terminate a charter prematurely without a refund if the conduct of a passenger endangers safety or impairs the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Accountability

We only assume liability for the value paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries to persons caused by their own negligence
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect, accidental, or punitive losses
  • Delays as a result of weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Protection

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained for our vessels and operations. Travellers are responsible for arranging their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

Engaging in our charter services indicates your understanding of the inherent dangers associated with marine activities, and you accept responsibility for your own safety and welfare.

8. Adjustments and Itinerary Modifications

We retain the right to adjust itineraries, courses, or timetables on account of weather, safety reasons, or operational necessities without prior notice. We will make every effort to ensure a comparable replacement experience.

9. Uncontrollable Circumstances

We bear no liability for postponements, cancellations, or adjustments compelled by circumstances beyond our authority, such as but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government directives
  • Port authority closures
  • Mechanical breakdowns

10. Privacy and Information Security

Your private details are processed in line with our Privacy Policy. In utilizing our services, you grant consent to the gathering and utilization of your data as stipulated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The content found on our website, such as text, images, logos, and graphics, is shielded by copyright and intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized replication, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without explicit written consent from us.

12. Applicable Law
