What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel for the journey, and a selection of complimentary refreshments. Depending on the type of charter, different amenities are included; for example, sunset trips have an array of appetizers and premium drinks, whereas business charters offer amenities suited for professional events.
When should I make a reservation?
It is best to book your charter 2–3 weeks before your planned date during off-season and 4–6 weeks in advance during the busy period from May to September for better yacht availability and if you require a custom experience for corporate events or special celebrations.
What if the weather takes a turn for the worse?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In case our captain determines weather conditions to be hazardous, alternatives such as scheduling the charter for another available slot or issuing a complete refund will be offered. We keep an active watch on the weather and will reach out to you if the forecast looks doubtful 24 hours ahead of your departure time.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard is permitted. We also provide superior catering services with custom menu options, should you prefer. For everyone's safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Is the yacht wheelchair-accessible or suitable for individuals with mobility concerns?
We make every effort to ensure our yachts are accessible. Although some vessels are more equipped for accessibility than others, get in touch with us to discuss specific requirements and we'll guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What are the terms for cancelling a reservation?
A full refund is issued for cancellations done 72 hours prior to departure. Those cancelling between 24 to 72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the departure, the fee is non-refundable, unless the cause is weather-related or a mechanical breakdown on our side.
